| UP 3741 rounding out the yellow on the front of a covered hopper consist at number three position, bottom facing the exit, nose against her red northern sister (as if were not to suspect any future mergers... doesnt it seem weird that BNSF around here is more routinely paired to an NS-pony while those yellow UPs seem to have red CP beavers hanging about... and a slowly growing number of CSX in both lines, although over-represented behind pumpkins. Although rumor has it that UP-CP would be a friendly merger... theyd combine the name, taking the first name of UP and last name of CP (saves on paint changes on the Union Pacific line-up... you just PRONOUCE the P-part differently, eh?). |
