SU 100  Contributor's Pick!
SU 100 was the trackage rights train that started it all. When NYSW got the ex DLW Syracuse and Utica lines in 1982, they negotiated trackage rights from Passaic Jct to Binghamton over Conrail to move cars from one part of the operation to the other. Those trains were symbolled SU 99 west and SU 100 east. This SU 100 is getting ready to roll to Jersey with the usual non stack traffic. There must not have been an eastbound stack that day; NYSW usually added cars at Binghamton to any stacks going to Jersey.
