| East Penn Railroad SW-900 52, still in the colors of former owner Philadelphia Bethlehem & New Eneland Railroad, sits in the small yard at Topton near the NS interchange with the Kutztown Branch. The East Penn gave up operations on this line a little over a year after.this photo was taken with the new Allentown & Auburn Railroad taking over. The vintage 1937 unit would later move to the ESPN Venice Industrial Track operation near Philadelphia. |
