Tom Dethmers	General	My guess after 28 years at BNSF and seeing a couple of these, is a plowed over xing, where the grader came through, and the RR isn't used enough, and probably should have been inspected before running. Had it happen near Mason, ND in the winter a few years ago with an iced over xing.	7/2/2016 10:48:35 AM
