Tim Fennell	General	The tender is numbered 3039 from an earlier repaint done by Steamtown, although why they chose that number is unknown. The official roster lists it as IC #3719 but the display sign attached to the loco has it as 3706, both numbers it wore in service on the IC.	10/14/2014 8:54:30 PM
