| Built in 1950 by AC&F in Lot #3358 to Plan #9011 as AT&SF 4DB-4C-2DR sleeper #1823 REGAL LANE, 1 of 15 4-4-2 sleepers built in that Lot, which was ordered in January 1948; cars were delivered between September and November 1950. Santa Fe retained 6 of these 15 sleepers, including the REGAL LANE, which was renumbered in 1974 to #65.
