G Gerard General Built in 1926 by the Pullman Company as the Mt. Tom and was a 10 section, lounge, observation car and operated in Pullman pool service between Chicago & Florida. Purchased by the Louisville & Nashville Railroad in 1948 and rebuilt into a business car for L&N executives and numbered L&N 364. Sold by L&N into private ownership in 1972 and rebuilt for Amtrak charter service. 4/15/2015 1:04:49 PM
