WSOR 3812
WSOR train parked on a siding along the former MILW rails behind the Borden plant in Plymouth, WI on 15 Jul. '14. There was a red flag clamped to one rail and a red derail on the other rail, behind&the train at South St. There was another red flag clamped to a rail in front of the locomotive as well. That seemed unusual.
