Gary Everhart General Is this the old "Black Widow" paint scheme that Erie had at one time? 1/13/2014 6:36:52 AM
Fred Stuckmann General Erie switchers all had this scheme before the EL merger. The scheme on today's NS Heritage ERIE is from their passenger colors. This unit was never painted into EL colors and was conveyed to Conrail this way. There it was assigned the # 9917, I believe, but then retired. We would often take our lunch here and go over to Clouser's, across from Firestone. Great shot Bob. 1/13/2014 7:28:17 AM
Bernie Feltman General I don't think the crew is at Clouser's in this photo - you can see the plaid shirt of the engineer 1/15/2014 10:50:16 PM
