NS'S Alabama Division NA West End District  Contributor's Pick!       
NS Eastbound Steam Excursion 951 steams through Brookside, Al. on the way back to Birmingham, Al. after making a trip to Parrish, Al. For the past 2 years the Southern Railway 2-8-0 #630 has made excursions to Parrish & Wilton, Al. I sure hope NS continues the steam program for many more years, but we all know it will not last forever, but at least for the time being we can all enjoy these classic steam locomotives pulling excursions around the NS system
