NKP 2-8-4 #759, Nickel Plate Road (New York, Chicago & St. Louis RR)  Contributor's Pick!
Standing proud among other locomotives, NKP 759 can hold its own. With the Union Pacific tender in the background, it makes me think this might have been at the original Steamtown USA at Bellows Falls, VT. Can anyone identify the roundhouse in these photos as being the Bellows Falls location?

Alan Fricker General Gary: From other photos I've seen of Bellows Falls, I think you[re right, that is where the 759 is in this photo. 8/8/2013 2:00:48 PM
Eric Reinert General With the unusual assortment of equipment, I'd say you're right about it being the original Steamtown. I think that's a Canadian Pacific tender in the background though. 8/8/2013 2:32:18 PM
