KCS SW1500 1509 at EStL  Contributor's Pick!       
KCS SW1500 1509 at East St Louis. This is reported to be the former GWWR 1504, which remained in black through about March 2013. It's also the second KCS SW1500 to carry this number, the other one becoming 4329 during one of the road's periodic flurry of renumberings.
