C&O 7068 leads a cut of F's out of Kodak September 1965
C&O 7068 in experimental black & white paint scheme pulling out of the B&O lead at Kodak. I'm standing on the south side of the ridge, looking to the north (and a little west). L.B. Finewood is across the street. Keep in mind the switch to Kodak was on the north side of the ridge at that time, meaning the B&O had two tracks that crossed at grade - the main and the lead into Kodak. The handsome F is in charge of 4-5 others on a Saturday or Sunday unit coal train equipped with road power. Notice the engineer's hand dangling on a nice late summer day. The "flare" is (was) an all too common attribute of roll film when mishandled either installing or removing from the camera, in this case a 127 Brownie.
