Well, we can date this photo to the mid-1960s or a bit later. The car and the credit card signs are the key-the middle sign would read Visa today. We know it's a tank engine, and if you look carefully at the track right under the front coupler, it looks like the end of the track. The stoplight hanging in the middle of the street tells me the location could be eastern U.S.. Maybe a museum of some sort, given the passenger car?
