| The Chattahoochee Bay (CHAT) local is seen westbound at Webb AL with a lease unit dead in tow. The lease unit had been used on the Hilton and Albany local and was headed to Panama City in this photo for some shop work. It would return soon and resume it's duties on the HAL. |
