Southern Railway 9833 and Norfolk Southern SW1500 2346 at Asheville, North Carolina on August 31, 1984, Kodachrome by Gib Allbach, Chuck Zeiler collection. It appears that Number 9833 was completed by Baldwin during July 1952 as Southern Railway S-12 2293 (c/n 75606).
