KCS 3936 in the Arita Stub         
KCS SD70MAC 3936 and KCS SD70ACe 4138 rest in the Arita Stub at BNSF Hobson Yard in Lincoln, NE. These locomotives will power Lincoln to Kansas City manifest train H-LINKCK1-12 (with three former Santa Fe C44-9Ws added DIC for storge in Topeka - BNSF 662, BNSF 663, and BNSF 689). These two KCS motors were received by the BNSF from the KCS at Murray Yard in Kansas City on 12-06-2012. At Murray, the two KCS Belles were added to the rear DPU consist of loaded Palos coal train C-NAMPAM2-10 which became train E-PAMNAM2-10 after unloading at utility Alabama Power Company in Palos, AL. It was on arrival at Lincoln, NE on train E-PAMNAM2-10 that the KCS units were removed from the train for use in the manifest network resulting in this scene. Subsequent to powering the H-LINKCK1-12, these two KCS locomotives could be found in the consists of BNSF trains H-KCKMEM1-13, M-MEMTUL3-14, and M-TULSTL1-17.
