Nick Reynolds General Relating to MEC 31996, PAN AM Car. Not a commemorative scheme, but more of an advertisement. David Fink, the man who owns Pan Am Airways, as well as Guilford Rail System was one of the people who "voted" in the scheme. The paint plans were then faxed to Waterville Shops and have been painted on MEC's 300 series of boxcars since October of last year. 3/18/2006 5:35:08 PM
