James Buchkovich	General	They waited just east of the Haggerty Street crossing as long as they could to keep both crossings clear. However, I believe the end of the train was hanging out onto the mainline. So, as the UP consist approached, the NS train had to pull ahead across the two crossings to get the back end of the train off the mainline. They still had both the Haggerty Street and Mechanic Street crossings blocked for quite awhile waiting for the second eastbound consist to clear. This would have been a bad situation if the fire department, police, or an ambulance had to get through in an emergency.	8/24/2012 7:17:16 PM
