| PD (Patchogue Dock) tower, in its earlier days, controlled a criss-sross between a trolley line to the bay, and the South Side Railroad. South Side originally terminated at Patchogue. LIRR later extended the line to meet LIRR trackage at Eastport, to reach the Hamptons and later Montauk. |
