ALEX THOMPSON General No sir, due to safety restrictions by the FRA and CSX these cars would either need to be retrucked with all new brake rigging or simply be placed on flat cars. 2/27/2012 6:18:46 PM
JJ Hagan General They can't move on Carolina Southern due to bridge issues. They are being trucked out as well as the stuff at Chadbourn NC and some will go on flats and others on rail as cars. 3/23/2012 4:53:00 AM
