New arrival for the Allegheny Valley Railroad in 2012. An EMD GP40-3, seen here near the station of sister railroad SWP in Scottdale, Pa. It is a former LLPX and KCS locomotive. Still in the KCS colors. AVR 4004 was on the other end.
