Southern Railway GP35 #2709 was built January 1965 and became Norfolk Southern #2709 before leaving roster to become Wheeling & Lake Erie (WLE) #2709. GP30's #2550, 2544 & 2530 were built in 1962 and later became Norfolk Southern (NS) # 2550, 2544 & 2530
