Rebuilt EMD switcher with new low-clearance cab, tiny headlight, and RC gear (note column of lights on cab below windows) for use as a "zombie" switcher. Hard to tell what model it originally was.

Looks like a Process Locomotive PL15B:4RS. Would've been rebuilt from an SW or NW.
