David Hereford General West Central is an agrulturial co-operative based in Ralston, IA with grain elevators and other facilities throughout that part of Iowa. The BN picked up about 35 covered hoppers which had been previously leased to West Central. I don't think there's any connection between the two organizations except for an elevator located on the BNSF (ex-MILW line) at Templeton, IA. 8/29/2011 12:47:29 AM
