| The Morris County Traction Line once ran trolleys on its own right of way alongside the DL&W Morristown Line between Madison and Morristown. The line was abandoned in the 1930s and was converted to a rail trail in the 1980s. This scene is looking east at the Convent Road grade crossing next to the College of Saint Elizabeth and the Convent station. NJ Transit operates the old Lackawanna line seen to the right of the trail. |
