Should be an SW9, EMD serial 16742, blt 12.52, frame 4194-1 built as PRR 8523 to PRR 9123:2, to PC 9123, to CR 9123, to NSS 1678C, to Ameristeel GA 1678. The number 1678, by the way, comes from the street address of the plant. They have had two switchers with this number; the other one was ex-Soo 324.
