| After an overnight stay at a motel in Barstow CA. I got up in the morning, showered, had breakfast and jumped in the Freightliner to head toward LA. for my 1400 apointment in Baldwin Park. At Barstow, I always ran old Route 66 to Victorville, then jumped on the big road. and head down Cajon Pass. Not far west of Barstow, a headlight appears in the desert. I pull the 18 off to the side of 66 to catch ATSF 5785 heading east. |
