Shot this locomotive and a couple of others while moving from California to Texas; No. 3 wound up moving to TX also, winding up on the Badlands Railroad as BLR 3.

We have #3 In Oklahoma City now, at OK Rwy Museum. He's in storage, we elected to work on sister 2, which was in better shape.

FWIW, Tom, this isn't the Magma, this is the San Manuel Arizona (maybe a sister??). The Magma Arizona ran out to Superior, AZ, that line interchanges in the same general area as the Copper Basin.

These shots at San Manuel are of the Magma Copper mine operation., not Magma Arizona. BHP eventually bought/ owned everything though. So MAA, SMA, and I assume "Magma Copper" too.
