Tom Fassett General Nice. Not too many pictures online of the Magma in operation. Sadly, I never made it down there until it was too late. 7/8/2011 1:10:49 PM
John Schumann General We have #3 In Oklahoma City now, at OK Rwy Museum. He's in storage, we elected to work on sister 2, which was in better shape. 8/5/2011 11:38:32 AM
Switchman Images General So both of them are in OKC at this museum now? Did any others survive, or happen to be NOT scrapped? 1/13/2012 10:33:09 PM
Switchman Images General FWIW, Tom, this isn't the Magma, this is the San Manuel Arizona (maybe a sister??). The Magma Arizona ran out to Superior, AZ, that line interchanges in the same general area as the Copper Basin. 1/13/2012 10:34:12 PM
Steven Vincent General These shots at San Manuel are of the Magma Copper mine operation., not Magma Arizona. BHP eventually bought/ owned everything though. So MAA, SMA, and I assume "Magma Copper" too. 5/5/2015 9:07:59 PM
Henry Lombard-Hughes General Nice shot. Thank you for sharing 5/26/2021 9:40:40 PM
Steven Vincent General This should be listed as SMA 12/26/2021 4:16:39 PM
