James Holzmeier General The City of St. Louis had two dedicated units (well, one locomotive, according to Wabash): 1001 and 1001A. The reasoning for 2 units was because the City of St. Louis often had more than 14 cars, which Wabash thought was more than a single E-unit could handle. 2/4/2018 11:40:33 PM
