Not really signals, it is a remote switch b/c this line sees A LOT of grain trains. So much so that meets are common, and such sidings make operations a lot smoother. I don't know if it's dispatcher controlled or radio keypad from approaching trains. Is that a red, or yellow in this view?

It is a red signal.. I believe it was LED lights...

They are LEDs and from what I was told the train crews use a remote control to ativate them and operate the switches. Pretty neat!!!! That turnout looks new as well!!!
