| Once the tower operator at East Bridge Jct lines the switches, eastbound trains can leave the bridge and head for one of several locations (NS, CSX, or NOPB). This Southern local is leaving the NOPB interchange yard at the foot of the Huey P. Long bridge. The track the Southern local is on, as well as the track in the foreground are owned by the NOPB. The track behind the tower is the ICG mainline, today shared by Amtrak, IC, and the KCS. |
