| Missouri Pacific train HNS (Houston to New Orleans to the Southern) nears Avondale Yard and the end of its trip. The usual power on this train was four geeps or three SD's, but today's train has a quintet of Southern geeps: GP35 2662, GP38's 2778 and 2874, and GP30's 2597 and 2631. The train would continue on to Birmingham as Southern Railway No. 114. |
