I'm not certain but the wreck site was very close to public buildings. Although no one was injured, a piece of rail was hurled through an office window, and a derailed car pushed its way onto a parking lot. I guess the police do an investigation to determine who's at fault.

It's standard practice for the crew to complete drug and alcohol testing after a derailment.

Are you sure it wasn't a C-BTMSUH. I've never neard of the train symbol of WTM. I know there are two Superior coal symbols (98% of which are SUD and 2% of which are SUH). I am not sure what constitutes an "SUH" train from an "SUD" train.
