Ashley Rodriguez General why does the law interview them? This is a bnsf problem. 7/3/2010 12:18:42 PM
The Slidebroker image by John Hill General I'm not certain but the wreck site was very close to public buildings. Although no one was injured, a piece of rail was hurled through an office window, and a derailed car pushed its way onto a parking lot. I guess the police do an investigation to determine who's at fault. 7/3/2010 12:30:12 PM
Andy Shireman General It's standard practice for the crew to complete drug and alcohol testing after a derailment. 7/4/2010 5:36:14 PM
Andy Shireman General But I'm guessing the law enforcement was here trying to get the crew's side of the story. 7/4/2010 5:37:01 PM
Andy Shireman General Are you sure it wasn't a C-BTMSUH. I've never neard of the train symbol of WTM. I know there are two Superior coal symbols (98% of which are SUD and 2% of which are SUH). I am not sure what constitutes an "SUH" train from an "SUD" train. 7/4/2010 5:38:43 PM
The Slidebroker image by John Hill General Train ID was confirmed by 2 different BNSF employees. 7/4/2010 6:40:18 PM
