Conrail crash test dummy looking a little worse since last time i shot it.          
The elements are taking a toll and rust streaks are starting to form on its blue paint. Thats not too bad but what is a issue is that some low life retard wanna be gansters have defaced the unit as well as several others of Great Waltons.
