In 1981 a tragedy occured aboard the 3925. The 3925 was serving as the Dothan AL switch engine when a scumbag boarded and robbed the engineer. Before leaving the scumbag shot and killed the engineer as he sat at the controls of this locomotive. The scumbag was later found and convicted of murder.
