Tom De Pollo General This "Observation car" was the president of the LV buiness car. It had 4 bedrooms, dining room, lounge and was self contained. Currently it resides in Steamtown in Scranton, PA. PS he would not have his feet up on the railing if John Nash was aboard!!! 1/28/2010 11:40:01 PM
