Southern Pacific's RVASM charges east at Thistle,Utah. Thistle was the sight of a massive mudslide on April 14,1983 that dammed up the Spanish Fork River flooding the town of Thistle,Forcing the relocation of Highway 6 and the DRGW Mainline.
