Built as road number 8449 in April 1966 (c/n 31530) on EMD Order 7861, it was rebuilt to SD40R 7353 in February 1981, retired from the UP December 23, 1998, later became NREX 7353, and later still became FWWR 2016. Looks like this locomotive has seen some action, judging by the dent in the nose and the missing upper headlight. |
