Bryan Smith General Does anyone know if this car survives today or what its final disposition was?? As a young teenager I rode the Southern Crescent in the 1970's just before Amtrak took it over. I well remember riding the dome coach most of my trip from New Orleans to Birmingham where I then caught the southbound Floridian to my destination of Dothan AL. I had no idea the trains used differant stations until I got to Birmingham. After a bit of panic I found a taxi and made my connection. 8/14/2015 3:38:25 PM
