Displaced by newly delivered U18Bs, twenty-eight recently retired SCL RS3s at Uceta awaiting scrapping. SCL 1253 was ex-Piedmont & Northern 1603, nee-P&N 103, while SCL 1191 was ex-SAL 1678. Date of photo approximate.
