Jonelle DeFelice General Those are "ghetto bars" (I didn't make that up, it's what I have always been told they are). I think they stem from the years kids threw bottles and rocks at the trains. MC, I am not sure of, but it may mean modified. 4/27/2009 7:59:20 PM
