Southbound Auto Train With SD40 Power  Contributor's Pick!
After seeing this train leave Malden, MO Alex and I chased it down here when I saw the ex-SP Tunnel Motor leading UP Train ADEWF 15. Everything after the 2nd car is in Missouri and is crossing the St. Francis River Bridge into Arkansas. The engine was almost on home rails today on the Old Cotton Belt, so it was neat to see a unit with no nose patch on the SSW. You can also see the "Welcome to Missouri" Sign to the left on US 62. UP 8861 was retired on 11-14-07.
