Nice photo of former Amtrak 381 (later Music City Star 381) on the Cincinnati Railway! This is a particularly interesting locomotive because it was briefly assigned from 2000 to 2001 for use on the San Luis Obispo-San Diego, California Pacific Surfliner, hence the paint scheme. Because I am from San Diego, I could say that this is a part of San Diego's railroad history. By the way, I was the 1000th viewer of this photo.
