those exports Units are going to Moroccan Railways ONCF (National Office for Railways of Morocco) or ONCFM in French (Office National des Chemins de Fer du Maroc) and is Morocco's national railway operator. The "Office" employs around 9,767 employees and has a network of 1,907 km, all 1,435 mm standard gauge, of which 1,003 km is electrified. the engines are probably of the GT22CW model of which many are still in service today in both Morocco, Algeria SNTF (Socit Nationale des Transports Ferroviares, the state railway of Algeria) and the many national railways of the Former Soviet Union, particularly the former Yugoslavian countries.

I have found that those exports Units are actually of the GT26CW type of 20 or so units built between 1974 and 1982 and run as type DH350 in Morocco. see this link for more info and pictures of these, the 11 1977 built type DK550 heavy shunting version and the 18 1984 built GM/EMD SW1001s that operate there as type DI500. http://www.railfaneurope.net/pix/ne/Morocco/diesel/pix.html. the SNTF Algeria unit are GT22CW though. http://www.railfaneurope.net/pix/ne/Algeria/diesel/pix.html. and chek out this rare builder shot of one of their ALCOs, an RDS4 perhaps? http://www.railfaneurope.net/pix/ne/Algeria/diesel/040_DD_1.jpg
