Local sitting in front of the Chatham depot.         
Local 1 is sitting in front of the CHatham depot @ 21:00 getting the paperwork. Shortly they will back down to the yard and put their train together. B&O 4802 and caboose 903680 will then depart heading south with 4 cars.
