PC 9161
PC 9161, originally IHB 8737, has the appearance of a Phase III NW2 (six solid rows of louvers) but has a 9/48 built date, right in the middle of Phase IV production. Also has the aftercooler coils over the air tanks and the later style bell holder, not usually seen on NW2s. She survived long enough to become Conrail 9161.
