The MoPac and L & N pooled power on a pair of freights that ran between North Little Rock, AR and Nashville, TN. CSX and the Union Pacific still practice this, as it is not unusual to see Union Pacific power on CSX's Memphis and Bruceton Subs (usually on trains Q530 and Q531). Neat to see Milan how it used to be.
