Louis Brzuchalski General TSBY 390, built as AA 390, GP-35, 4-1964, serial 28996, order 7712, frame 7712-6. Was built on ALCO trucks, from ALCO trade in's when new locos were considered rebuilds when parts were used supposingly by tax laws in place at that time. That's why a lot of SOU GP 35's also had ALCO trade in trucks. 7/21/2005 10:53:00 AM
