| NS job G50, The Rockmart pusher is seen hitching a ride on the rear of NS train 288. The 7513 (G50) assisted south bound load Schere coal train 738 to Atlanta. The G50's job is to push loaded Schere coal trains over Brasswell Mountian between Rockmart and Dallas Ga. and sometimes stays on the train to Atlanta so the pusher can be serviced at Inman Yard before returning north to Rockmart. The job when coming to Atlanta normally runs engine light back to Rockmart. |
